*This job posting is from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening at Alcamare in Santa Barbara \- Azcapotzalco, Mexico City** **Job Objective** Ensure proper review, validation, and authorization of supplier payments, payroll, and other financial commitments, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies, internal controls, and accuracy of documentation. **Main Responsibilities** * Review invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation for payment processing. * Verify that payments comply with contracts, internal policies, and tax regulations. * Audit payment disbursements (bank transfers, checks, SPEI). * Confirm calculations, taxes, and withholdings prior to payment. * Maintain records of scheduled and executed payments. * Identify inconsistencies, duplications, or improper payments and generate reports. * Keep physical and electronic document archives up to date. * Follow up with internal departments and suppliers to resolve discrepancies. * Participate in internal and external audits related to accounts payable. * Propose improvements to internal control processes. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience:** 1–3 years in accounts payable, auditing, or internal control. **Technical Knowledge:** + ERP systems (SAP, CONTPAQi, or similar) + XML and CFDI handling (up-to-date) + Knowledge of basic withholdings and taxes + Intermediate–advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas) + Internal control and auditing standards **Behavioral Competencies:** + High attention to detail + Organization and discipline + Critical analysis + Effective communication + Confidentiality and integrity + Ability to work under pressure **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree or higher — completed **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Environmental Services **Skills:** * auditing * payments * Excel *This job posting is from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=693a21603000002f000d2b14\&source\=indeed*
