Responsible for managing order processing and fulfillment for MSA customers. This role requires a customer\-centric approach, proactive communication, effective issue resolution, and strong relationship management skills. The representative provides high\-quality service and accurate information to customers, ensuring adherence to established processes and policies. The main objective is to achieve complete customer satisfaction by effectively meeting their needs. Role Responsibilities:* Process and manage customer orders ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer requirements * Anticipate customer needs and provide timely updates regarding order status. * Collaborate with the internal functional areas to coordinate as necessary, solve/ manage customer concerns and implement corrective actions. * Contact customers to clearly understand their needs * Support with tasks and basic queries in ecommerce platform * Provide the complete set of shipping documents to customers and logistics area in a timely manner Minimum Qualifications:* 1\+ year of customer service management experience \- * Supply chain management knowledge * Bachelor's degree in administration, Marketing or Foreign Trade degree * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * English language Intermediate (speak, read \& write) Preferred Qualifications:* Advanced Excel * ERP knowledge (preferably ORACLE) Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
