**Job post summary** Credit and Collections Analyst **Position Objective** Role for Collections activities: \- Cash collections \- Collection escalations \- Portfolio recovery \- Provisions and write-offs \- Payment and refund processing \- Dispute resolution **Key Responsibilities** * Drives credit process management and implements appropriate strategies and quality improvements when necessary. * Develops suitable customer segmentation strategies through in-depth analysis of the customer portfolio. Explains the strategy to customers and staff. Monitors its implementation. * Drives performance improvement by applying best practices and innovative process improvement methodologies. * Supports report preparation.
