




Bachelor's degree in **Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resources** or related field. · Minimum of **2 years of field experience** (preferably in mining, construction, or camps, with long shifts away from home). · **Recruitment and personnel administration** · Management of **HR indicators** (turnover, absenteeism, incidents). · Knowledge of **workplace safety regulations** · Availability to **travel frequently** and reside in camps away from home location. · Tracking of employee **personnel files**. · Proficiency in Office software, HR systems, and corporate email. · **Adaptability** to field and camp environments. · **Leadership and effective communication** with different levels of staff (operational, technical, administrative). · **Conflict resolution** in the workplace and personnel management. · Organization, responsibility, and **ability to work under pressure**. · **Customer service orientation** and teamwork skills.
