**Job Description:** We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented **Inventory Control Analyst** to manage and supervise meat inventories stored in our cold chambers in Tepatitlán. This role combines remote work (analysis, reporting, and monitoring) with periodic on-site presence at the cold chamber for physical validations and audits. * Monitor and maintain control of meat products inventory in cold storage. * Conduct periodic on-site physical audits to verify stock levels. * Enter, update, and reconcile inventory system data. * Coordinate with the warehouse team on product receipt, dispatch, and proper placement. * Identify inventory discrepancies or variances and propose corrective actions. * Generate regular reports for management (incoming, outgoing, shrinkage, product turnover, etc.). * Ensure compliance with cold storage policies and traceability requirements.
