We are looking for a Maintenance Operator for the Holiday Inn Express Guaymas Hotel. We seek someone with experience in general maintenance to support the maintenance and operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate must possess the skills and knowledge to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on building facilities. Prior experience in similar roles is required, with emphasis on operational efficiency and safety. You must have knowledge of electricity, plumbing, gas, drywall, swimming pools, and the use of various tools. Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure is essential. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting regular inspections, identifying potential issues, and performing corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal facility operation. Additionally, they must maintain accurate records of all tasks performed and collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues. Weekly shift rotation availability is required.
