Position Summary: We are seeking an Engineer with experience in the aerospace industry and solid expertise in quality management systems and Lean Six Sigma tools to lead projects and optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in process optimization and project management 2. Key role in continuous improvement and operational data analysis 3. Significant impact on operational quality and efficiency • Bachelor's degree in Engineering. • English language proficiency at 90% (written and spoken). • Minimum certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. • 5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry. • 3+ years of experience in a similar position. • Knowledge of quality management systems ISO 9001:2008 / AS9100. • Ability to collect and analyze operational and production data to identify and prioritize issues, using appropriate tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean). • Proficiency in MS Office for spreadsheet creation, database usage, presentations, and text processing. • Project management. • Minimum 3 years of experience applying Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen, PDCA, etc.). • Experience in statistics (required). -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 5 years of experience Languages: English Keywords: leader, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, head, administrator
