Position Summary: We are seeking an empathetic Technical Support Assistant who works well in teams and focuses on continuous improvement, to perform database maintenance and provide project support. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with networks and SQL Server (stored procedures). 2. Responsible for customer support and database maintenance. 3. Support in improvement projects and identification of areas of opportunity. We are looking for a **Technical Support Assistant** to join our **Systems Department** and become part of our growing company. We seek a candidate with empathy, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering. **Requirements / Experience:** * Networking knowledge * **SQL Server database** (stored procedures) * .Net proficiency (preferred) * Android application development (preferred) * Customer service experience and strong verbal communication skills * Information security (preferred) **Job Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer inquiries * Database maintenance * Perform data backups * Generate reports * Identify areas of opportunity * Occasional travel within Mexico * Support improvement projects **We Offer:** * On-site work from Tuesday to Saturday * Days off: Monday and Sunday * 3-month probationary period. During training, working hours will be Monday to Friday.
