**Profile:** Expert technician with high autonomy, responsible for executing, adjusting, and maintaining injection molding processes, ensuring correct implementation of established parameters while meeting quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Self-directed individual capable of providing support in investigations and resolving complex failures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Installation and startup of cold runner, hot runner, and pneumatic core molds * Adjustment of process parameters. * Identification and resolution of failures independently without supervision. * Reduction of scrap and achievement of production targets. * Support in solving complex problems and analysis of molding issues. * Teamwork and operational discipline. * Process adjustment on molds with sensors using EDART RJG methodology. * Operation and programming of servo robots (Wittmann, Yushin). * Conducting studies on flow imbalance, repeatability tests, gate seal validation, and tonnage calculation. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Plastics, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Basic to intermediate English, capable of interpreting technical documentation. * Proven experience in injection molding processes (minimum 5 years). * Knowledge of mold installation and startup procedures. * Proficiency in process parameters and ability to adjust conditions according to established guidelines. * Ability to identify and report process, mold, or peripheral equipment failures. * Desired knowledge of scientific molding methods (RJG).
