Professional growth **FULL JOB DESCRIPTION** **PERMITS AND LICENSES COORDINATOR** Location: Salamanca, Guanajuato Work Modality: On-site Travel Availability: 2–3 times per week to CDMX **JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure the timely acquisition of all licenses, permits, authorizations, and official documents required for project development, regulatory compliance, and efficient company operations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Your activities will include: * Preparing and managing files, technical folders, and legal documentation (minutes, contracts, official letters). * Managing government procedures before agencies such as CFE, CONAGUA, Civil Protection, Public Registry, notaries, and federal, state, and municipal bodies. * Continuously tracking procedures, monitoring progress, preparing logs and reports. * Direct interaction with authorities, notaries, public registries, and internal company departments. * Managing release of guarantees, deeds, and property legalization. * Planning and executing agency-related tasks according to project timelines and priorities. **REQUIREMENTS** ***Education:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Administration, or related field (preferred). ***Experience:*** * Minimum 2 years’ experience handling notarial, legal, governmental, or real estate procedures. ***Knowledge:*** * Local laws and regulations. * Deed execution processes. * Procedures before governmental agencies. * Use of governmental systems. * INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, or bank loans (preferred). ***Additional Requirements:*** * Valid driver’s license. * Ability to drive both standard and automatic vehicles. * Availability to travel frequently (CDMX 2–3 times per week). **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** * Negotiation. * Stress tolerance. * Proactivity. * Strategic planning. * Teamwork. * Results orientation. * Critical thinking. * Autonomy. * Problem analysis and resolution. **WE OFFER** * Salary: $4,000 weekly. * Benefits in accordance with applicable law. * Travel allowances covered for trips to CDMX. * Job stability. * Professional growth. * Excellent work environment. * Career development in a growing company.
