Do you have +3 years of experience in this position or similar, focused on bioinputs sales? Do you hold an academic degree in Agronomy, have a client portfolio in the region, and knowledge of it? Are you familiar with local crops and do you have extensive availability to travel? Then this vacancy is for you! The person in this position will be responsible for managing and executing sales through teamwork, negotiation skills, strategic, administrative, technical/agronomic, and environmental competencies. **Work area:** Sonora **Residence area:** Hermosillo and surrounding areas Experience / Requirements: * Agronomy Engineer (degree mandatory); * +3 years of experience in this position or similar, focused on bioinputs sales; * Client portfolio, knowledge of the work area and its crops; * Availability to travel and valid Class B driver’s license; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software; * Demonstrated knowledge of and commercial relationships with the regional distribution channel; * Proven sales success record; * Generate sales reports and present them to Management; * Effective communication, market analysis, customer prospecting, and results orientation.
