GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION.*** *Ensure the proper operation of Grupo Palmexico’s accounting department by leading the internal team and guaranteeing compliance with accounting obligations. The incumbent will be responsible for supervising, validating, and consolidating financial information, as well as actively participating in the implementation and stabilization process of* ***SAP Business One****, serving as the liaison between the company, the external accounting firm, and SAP consultants.* ***2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** ***2.1 Accounting and Financial Management*** * *Coordinate and supervise the activities of the internal accounting team.* * *Review, validate, and approve accounting entries, journal vouchers, reconciliations, and financial reports.* * *Manage and document accounting processes in accordance with current regulations.* ***2.2 SAP Business One Implementation and Operations*** * *Actively participate in the ERP implementation process, including configuration, testing, and functional validation.* * *Coordinate the integration of accounting and operational modules: Finance, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and Costing (as applicable).* * *Develop and maintain procedural manuals, operational workflows, and internal controls related to SAP.* ***3.
