As a Technician, your main responsibilities will include: * Performing hardware and software diagnostics on mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and routers. * Providing technical and technological advice to company clients. * Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on computers, electronic equipment, and mobile devices. * Managing customer service and resolving their technical concerns. To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements: * Minimum of 1 year of experience in mobile device inspection and technology and electronics consulting in general. * Excellent customer service skills. * Ability to make critical decisions guided by warranties and processes. * Possess skills and abilities that allow harmonious collaboration with a positive attitude.
