Additionally, the candidate must have solid knowledge in repairing mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, and expertise in technology-related consulting, computer science, and electronics. As a Technician, your main responsibilities will include: * Performing hardware and software diagnostics on mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and routers. * Providing technical and technological advice to the company's customers. * Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on computers, electronic equipment, and mobile devices. * Managing customer service and resolving their technical concerns. To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements: * Minimum of 1 year of experience in mobile device inspection and providing technological and electronic advisory services. * Excellent customer service skills. * Ability to make crucial decisions guided by warranties and established processes. * Possess skills and abilities that allow collaboration in harmony with a positive attitude.
