Slaughter supervisor is required to work in a beef production plant with experience. **Functions:** * Coordinate and supervise the cattle slaughter process to ensure it is carried out in a controlled manner, with quality, under appropriate sanitary conditions, and meeting the corresponding carcass specifications, always ensuring process safety. * Stunning report. (Effective stunning, bleeding time) * Daily line stoppage log report. (Downtime) * Trimming fat inspection report. * Chemical consumption report. * Instrument and clothing control report. (PPE, uniforms and tools) * Daily attendance list completion (Payroll processing). * Vacation scheduling. * Slaughter report (tracking batches). * Accident report. * Product condemnation report. **Requirements.** * Completed bachelor's degree (Degree holder) * Knowledge of audits / certifications. * Regulatory standards. * Animal welfare. * Flexible availability. * Ability to instruct.
