We are currently seeking talent for the position of **SOFTWARE SUPPORT ENGINEER** **Requirements:** Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Administrative Informatics, Informatics, Computer Systems, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in SQL Server 2012 or later. Database analysis, modification, and design. Solid knowledge of administrative systems and processes is mandatory. Experience in ERP implementation and support is desirable. **Responsibilities:** Handling and modifying databases in response to requirements. Generating reports. Supporting clients by resolving incidents occurring in developed tools. Providing technical support and maintenance for tools. Analyzing and developing end-user requirements using proprietary or external tools (SQL, Visual Basic, etc.). Advising users on tool usage.
