Position Summary: We are seeking an HVAC and Refrigeration Technician to maintain systems at a luxury resort. Key Highlights: 1. Optimal maintenance of cooling systems in hotel and villas. 2. Compliance with preventive maintenance programs. 3. Additionally, the resort includes six restaurants—including the iconic beachfront Cocina del Mar with intimate outdoor terraces overlooking the shoreline—the Spa at Esperanza, four stunning swimming pools, tennis courts, access to world-class golf courses, a children’s club, a comprehensive pet service program, and an Auberge Adventures menu featuring exclusive land- and sea-based experiences in Cabo. **Job Description** The HVAC and Refrigeration Technician is responsible for ensuring all cooling systems in the Hotel and Villas areas operate in optimal condition. **Requirements** * Adhere to preventive maintenance programs for these systems. * Follow procedures for executing preventive maintenance. * Periodically review control sheets for each piece of equipment. * Periodically verify equipment operation, monitoring temperature, humidity, pressure, leaks, etc. * Submit detailed reports of malfunctions identified during preventive maintenance execution. * Request scheduling of repairs for identified malfunctions. * Submit reports comparing actual work performed versus scheduled work. * Implement energy-saving policies designed by the Maintenance Management team. * Verify availability of spare parts. * Ensure proper operation of the hotel’s and villas’ air conditioning and refrigeration systems. * High school diploma or equivalent experience. * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role **Additional Information** Auberge Resorts Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
