High sense of responsibility and confidentiality At Construcciones y Climas Armenta, we are looking for an experienced, responsible, and organized Payroll Supervisor to oversee the accurate management and control of the payroll process. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related field \- Proven experience handling payroll \- Knowledge of labor and tax legislation \- Experience using payroll systems (preferred) \- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills \- High sense of responsibility and confidentiality Main Responsibilities: \- Preparation and calculation of payroll (weekly, biweekly, etc.) \- Monitoring and tracking of attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations, etc.) \- Management and follow-up of medical leaves (IMSS) \- Calculation of severance payments and settlements \- Payroll receipt stamping (timbrado) \- Managing employee registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS \- Compliance with payroll-related tax obligations \- Addressing employee inquiries regarding their pay We Offer: \- Competitive salary \- Statutory benefits \- Job stability \- Excellent work environment Location: Simón Bolívar Neighborhood (Parque 87 Sector) Position Type: Indefinite-term employment Salary: $14,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Savings fund * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
