Coordination and execution of group sessions and institutional events Join our great family as: **Psychologist - Educational Programs Coordinator** **Education:** B.A. in Psychology, B.A. in Psychopedagogy **Experience and Knowledge:** 2 years managing emotional support groups, administration, personnel management, and education. *Valid driver's license required. **Responsibilities:** * Develop educational programs aligned with the institution’s models (emotional strengthening) * Analyze and develop action plans based on evaluation and satisfaction surveys * Responsible for reviewing, leading, and updating the emotional strengthening program content * Coordinate, lead, and execute emotional strengthening group sessions * Lead large-scale institutional events as they arise * Supervise the development and implementation of the institutional values program * Lead and ensure execution of the strategic planning for the department under their responsibility * Supervise the development and updating of emotional strengthening process content * Responsible for tracking and managing diploma programs * Responsible for updating training programs * Periodically analyze and monitor compliance with scheduled activities with assigned project leads **We Offer:** - Biweekly base salary + benefits exceeding statutory requirements. - Location: Malecón Area. - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Flexible schedules Workplace: On-site employment
