Ensures regulatory compliance and profitability optimization **Job Description:** *Real Estate Control and Administration Lawyer* We are seeking a Real Estate Control and Administration Lawyer responsible for managing, supervising, and coordinating the technical, legal, administrative, and operational processes of the group’s real estate portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance, proper asset administration, and profitability optimization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administration and control of lease agreements (rent roll, renewals, expirations, deposits). * Supervision of tax and municipal obligations (property tax, licenses, fees). * Control of preventive and corrective maintenance in coordination with vendors. * Management of procedures before government authorities (public registry, cadastre, urban development). * Regularization and updating of documentary and technical records for properties. * Tenant and vendor support and follow-up. * Preparation of operational and financial reports for the portfolio. * Support in contract negotiations and renewals. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law (mandatory) * 4–6 years of experience in real estate administration and regularization. * Knowledge of lease agreements, government authority procedures, budgetary control, and vendor management. * Advanced Excel (experience with real estate software is desirable). * Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite term **Benefits:** * Savings fund * Meal vouchers * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Employment type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
