In this position, you will have a significant influence on our technology roadmap by contributing to the architecture, development, and integration of platforms supporting Branch, Client, and Operational functions. You will participate in high\-impact strategic projects, establishing architectural and integration frameworks that support our evolving product goals. **Responsibilities** * Develop and launch cloud\-based solutions and technologies to accelerate digital transformation * Design new features and connect systems across various cloud infrastructures * Create architectures focused on business domains, supporting applications, data integration, and non\-functional needs * Advise and assist teams on software architecture, system design, and integration across multiple product areas * Construct systems with an emphasis on speed, scalability, and dependability * Uphold architectural guidelines, design standards, code quality, and best practices for performance * Integrate Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery practices into project execution * Build effective partnerships with stakeholders in Product Management, UX, PMO, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security * Work alongside support teams, systems, and business leaders to drive technical upgrades, improvements, and adoption of industry standards * Communicate clearly with all levels of the organization, lead discussions, and support decision\-making processes * Keep abreast of new technologies and industry advancements, providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience * Eight or more years of experience designing and building distributed enterprise applications * At least three years in leadership positions such as team lead, manager, architect, owner, or coordinator * Two or more years managing teams of 20 or greater * Participation in a minimum of three complete project lifecycles or involvement in multiple projects at different development stages * Advanced proficiency in Java for enterprise application development * Deep knowledge of domain modeling, system architecture, cloud technologies, and integration strategies * Practical experience with microservices design and RESTful API development * Understanding of distributed caching, event\-driven systems, and streaming platforms * Demonstrated success in creating scalable, distributed, and secure solutions on cloud platforms like Azure * Experience working with both relational and non\-relational databases * Expertise in Spring Boot, microservices, API management, event streaming, cloud\-native architecture, observability, and tuning for performance * Hands\-on experience with Apache Kafka for event streaming solutions * Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, at B2 level or above **Nice to have** * Previous experience as a DB2 Database Administrator * Experience with MongoDB for NoSQL database solutions * Knowledge of ReactJS for front\-end development * Familiarity with Splunk for system monitoring and analytics
