In this position, you will influence the evolution of our technology platforms by contributing to the design, engineering, and integration of systems supporting Branch, Client, and Operational functions. You’ll play an essential role in strategic projects, establishing solution architecture and integration approaches that advance our product strategy. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement cloud solutions and technologies to support digital transformation * Architect new features and connect systems across a variety of cloud platforms * Design effective solutions with attention to core business domains, supporting applications, data movement, integration, and non\-functional requirements * Advise and mentor teams on architecture, design, and integration for business software across multiple product areas * Ensure systems are optimized for performance, scalability, and resilience * Encourage the use of architectural patterns, design standards, code quality, and performance best practices throughout projects * Utilize Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery practices in solution implementation * Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders in Product Management, UX, PMO, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security * Work closely with support teams, systems, and business leaders to drive technical improvements, upgrades, and best practices * Communicate clearly at all organizational levels, facilitate discussions, and support decision\-making * Keep informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, providing mentorship to colleagues **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent background * At least 5 years of experience designing and developing distributed enterprise solutions * Minimum 2 years in leadership, management, architect, owner, or coordination positions * At least 1 year leading a team of 5 or more members * Involvement in at least 2 complete project lifecycles or participation in multiple projects at different development stages * Proficient in Java for enterprise application development * Strong skills in domain modeling, system design, cloud architectures, and integration strategies * Experience designing and building microservices and RESTful APIs * Familiarity with distributed caching, event\-driven, and streaming technologies * Demonstrated ability to create scalable, distributed, and secure solutions in cloud environments like Azure * Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases * Advanced expertise in Spring Boot, microservices, API management, event streaming, cloud\-native design, observability, and performance tuning * Practical experience with Apache Kafka for event streaming * Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, at B2 level or above **Nice to have** * Background as a DB2 Database Administrator * Experience with MongoDB for NoSQL data solutions * Exposure to ReactJS for user interface development * Knowledge of Splunk for monitoring and analytics
