We are looking for a **Floor Manager** with experience in high-end restaurants to lead. Availability to work between Veracruz and Boca del Rio. Qualifications: * **Education**: Certification in Hospitality, Gastronomy, or equivalent experience in high-end restaurants. * **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years as a head waiter or in a similar role in a seafood environment. Requirements: a. Excellent communication and customer service skills. b. Ability to lead and motivate a team. c. Knowledge of service standards and quality in the restaurant industry. d. Ability to handle stressful situations and solve problems. e. Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in the restaurant industry. **Special Requirements:** a. Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry. b. Food safety certification. c.
