We are looking for a responsible, organized, and experienced **Civil Construction Site Resident** to join the team at **Vebel Constructora**. The selected candidate will be responsible for daily site work follow-up, coordination of work crews and contractors, physical progress review, verification of proper execution of construction processes, and support in meeting the project schedule, quality, and safety requirements. We seek a proactive individual with technical judgment, field leadership capability, and a strong sense of responsibility. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily construction activities on site. * Coordinate work crews, contractors, and suppliers on site. * Verify that all work is carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and the project schedule. * Monitor physical progress of the project and report deviations. * Inspect workmanship quality in masonry, structural works, mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) installations, and finishes. * Support preparation of progress reports, daily logs, and site control documentation. * Review contractor estimates, payment applications, and progress reports. * Request necessary materials, tools, and supplies to ensure continuous work execution. * Supervise compliance with basic safety measures on site. * Maintain constant communication with project management. * Identify on-site issues and propose practical and timely solutions. **Requirements** * Completed or incomplete degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Demonstrable experience as Site Resident, Assistant Site Resident, or Construction Supervisor. * Knowledge of civil construction processes, including structural works, masonry, MEP installations, and finishes. * Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. * Basic proficiency in Excel, progress reporting, and site control. * Availability for on-site, in-person work. * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and capacity to coordinate personnel. * Orderliness, responsibility, and commitment to delivery timelines. **Desired Experience** * Experience in residential projects, apartments, or vertical developments. * Knowledge of estimate and payment application control. * Experience managing contractors and site personnel. * Experience in monitoring project schedules. **Required Skills** * Field leadership. * Organization and follow-up. * Problem-solving. * Effective communication. * Working under pressure. * Commitment to quality. * Focus on achieving objectives. **We Offer** * Integration into an ongoing residential development project. * Stable on-site employment. * Opportunity for growth based on performance. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Positive work environment and direct involvement in project execution. **Work Schedule** Monday to Saturday, site working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **How to Apply** Interested candidates may apply through this channel by submitting an updated CV and prior site experience, or contact us directly at mobile number 229 207 0311\.
