At **Hospital D´María**, we are seeking a **Human Resources Generalist**, who will be responsible for managing and executing comprehensive Human Talent processes, ensuring proper personnel administration, compliance with labor laws, and organizational development, aligned with the company’s strategy. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Experience in personnel administration and high-level support for employees. * Proficiency in recruitment tools and job boards. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * ERP or HR system experience is desirable. **Job Description:** * Execute recruitment and selection processes (job posting, interviews, hiring, and onboarding). * Develop and coordinate the Annual Training Program. * Manage performance evaluation processes. * Implement organizational climate and corporate culture strategies. * Supervise compliance with current labor regulations. * Manage personnel files and document control. * Support disciplinary procedures and labor relations. * Prepare Human Talent management reports and indicators. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm **We Offer:** * Gross salary * Food vouchers * Cafeteria subsidy * Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
