This role is on-site and offers a platform to share knowledge and lead important projects. Responsibilities: Manage training programs for new and current employees. Coordinate training sessions and evaluate participant progress. Analyze training needs and adapt instructional plans accordingly. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., NOM-012 and NOM-087). Review ECM or satellite system reports to identify unsafe driving practices and correct them through individual feedback. Design and implement prevention and response protocols for collisions, incidents, theft, or hijacking involving operators or units. Teach and audit the proper execution of physical-mechanical inspections and accurate completion of Hours-of-Service logs per applicable regulations. Requirements: Prior teaching or professional training experience as a Nodriza operator. Knowledge of logistics processes and the automotive industry. Ability to communicate clearly and motivate teams. Advanced planning and organizational skills.
