We are convinced that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Position Objective:** Prospect, manage, and serve the client portfolio of Banorte's leasing, factoring, and warehousing subsidiaries based on target markets and the institution's established risk acceptance criteria, enabling portfolio growth and achievement of the subsidiaries' and Banorte Financial Group's objectives. Every day you will face **new and interesting challenges** within your role, in which you will be responsible for: * Attracting new potential clients to generate business opportunities through banking divisions. * Developing business proposals with subsidiary products for current and prospective clients. * Ensuring proper compilation and updating of client files according to internal and external regulations, maintaining control for future audits. * Following up on commercial plans defined by management to meet annual lending and revenue targets. * Managing and following up on credit line procedures for new and existing clients. (Compilation of regulatory documentation, preparation of credit analysis, obtaining risk department opinions, and coordinating with various involved departments). * Monitoring timely collections and ensuring compliance with authorized terms and conditions. * Maintaining close contact with clients to identify new business opportunities, as well as any deterioration in their financial, market, legal, or employment situation, allowing timely actions to mitigate recovery risks. * Coordinating with the Financial Group's recovery and legal departments on assigned cases. * Developing the skills and knowledge of the DYA executive or analyst under supervision through continuous mentoring, assignment of tasks, and guidance throughout the comprehensive credit process. **Requirements**: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance. * Years of experience: Minimum 1 year in credit analysis and 2 years in a commercial, accounting, administrative, or financial position. * Areas of experience: Finance, accounting, administration. * Required skills: Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), intermediate to advanced level. * Travel availability: Yes * Relocation availability: No At Banorte, we operate under an equal opportunity principle.
