Requirements: * Minimum experience in a similar role * Completed technical or high school education Responsibilities and Objectives: * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance tasks. * Monitor KPIs * Knowledge of work tools * Proficiency in using work tools * Familiarity with safety protocols Desirable Skills: * General maintenance (basic plumbing, painting, minor adjustments, furniture inspection) * Ability to follow assigned routes and meet needs at bank branches Competencies: * Organization * Collaboration * Process tracking We Offer: * $10,900 gross monthly salary * Work schedule from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Statutory benefits * Weekly pay
