This role is responsible for supervising proper service execution across various hospitals, ensuring instrument and implant availability and compliance with operating room processes. Responsibilities * Coordinate osteosynthesis service operations across multiple hospital units. * Supervise appropriate use of orthopedic instruments and implants during surgical procedures. * Ensure availability of bone fixation systems aligned with surgical scheduling. * Coordinate field-based technical and support staff. * Monitor operational incidents and ensure uninterrupted service continuity. * Maintain communication with medical and administrative teams at each unit. Requirements: Experience in trauma and orthopedics / osteosynthesis services. Experience coordinating multi-unit operations (minimum 4 hospitals). Knowledge of orthopedic instrumentation and bone fixation systems. High availability for frequent travel and relocation. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Candidates with coordination experience in other comprehensive services may also be considered.
