





A prominent Accounting and Tax Corporate Firm located in Perisur is seeking an Administrative Assistant. Position Purpose Provide operational and administrative support to ensure the proper functioning of internal processes, maintain orderly documentation, assist in serving internal and external clients, and guarantee efficiency, control, and compliance in administrative activities. Key Functions and Responsibilities Administrative: \- Management and control of physical and digital files. \- Preparation and tracking of letters, reports, official correspondence, and other documents. \- Registration and updating of databases. \- Invoice control and support in expense reporting and bank transaction reporting. \- Liaison with banking institutions. Operational: \- Management of services (water, electricity, telephone). \- Telephone and email correspondence handling. \- Office supplies and materials inventory control. \- Data entry into administrative systems. General Support: \- Mail and correspondence reception. \- Support to various departments (HR, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, IMSS). \- Additional tasks as assigned. Position Profile Education: \- Completed high school diploma or technical degree (Administration, Accounting, or related field). Experience: \- 1–2 years of experience in administrative roles. Knowledge: \- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. \- Document drafting skills. \- Document management expertise.
