





Junior Recruiter **Location:** Mexico City **Work Mode:** On-site **Department:** People / Human Resources **Position Type:** Full-time Position Objective Execute recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative positions, ensuring timely vacancy coverage and adherence to organizational guidelines and culture. Responsibilities * Posting and managing job openings on job boards. * Screening resumes and conducting initial contact calls. * Scheduling and tracking interviews. * Conducting initial competency-based interviews. * Compiling and validating candidate files. * Tracking candidates throughout the entire selection process. * Updating databases and generating recruitment reports. * Supporting mass recruitment processes when operationally required. Requirements * Completed bachelor’s degree or currently in final semesters in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of professional recruitment experience (internships excluded). * Experience in operational and administrative recruitment. * Proficiency with job boards (Indeed, Computrabajo, OCC). * Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a sense of urgency. * Availability for 100% on-site work.
