




Position Summary: We are seeking a candidate to join our land logistics division, focused on vehicle fleet maintenance tracking and control, and information management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Vehicle preventive maintenance plan tracking and control. 2. Maintenance information management and maintenance report preparation. 3. Support in the development and review of management indicators. Recognized as one of the leading logistics and intermodal bulk transportation operators in Latin America. Our land logistics division is an essential link completing our service network. Position Objectives: * Monitor the vehicle fleet's preventive maintenance plan. * Implement the vehicle fleet maintenance program (mileage and operating hours of units for the Power BI maintenance plan). * Update maintenance logs. Track preventive maintenance appointments for utility and operational vehicles. * Consolidate maintenance-related information from various departments to obtain weekly, monthly, and annual results. * Review maintenance indicators and support development of the management dashboard. * Provide information required for One Sheet development and results presentation. * Record expenses per unit, operation, maintenance type, operational damages, and product segmentation. * Enter service orders requested by the Maintenance Coordinator. Process invoices for review and payment authorization. * Control spare parts and lubricant warehouse withdrawals per service order, and maintain the Power BI database up to date. Validate maintenance expenses with administration on a monthly basis. * Prepare maintenance department incident reports.
