Each of these facilities features certified medical teams, cutting-edge technology across various specialties, modern and functional infrastructure, and highly trained personnel. **WE ARE SEEKING – HR MANAGER** We are looking for an **HR Manager** with solid experience in personnel management, strategic leadership, and organizational development. The candidate will be responsible for leading human talent processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening workplace culture. **Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * Manage training, development, and performance evaluation programs. * Design internal policies and strategies to improve workplace climate. * Administer labor relations, employment contracts, and compliance with current labor regulations. * Coordinate payroll and benefits processes (in collaboration with the relevant department). * Implement employee wellness and talent retention programs. * Advise leaders and executives on organizational and human resource management matters. * Monitor KPIs and prepare executive reports. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managerial HR roles. * Up-to-date knowledge of Mexican labor legislation. * Proficiency in payroll systems and recruitment tools. * Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. * Ability to work towards objectives and manage multiple projects.
