TELEPHONE SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR What do you need to join our team? ✔️ Service orientation ✔️ Strong communication skills ✔️ Customer service orientation What will be your main responsibilities? ✅ Answer the switchboard as quickly as possible and transfer calls to the appropriate extension in various departments; if no response is received, collect caller information and relay it to the intended recipient. ✅ Report incoming call volumes, specifying departments where no response was received. ✅ Follow up on incoming calls and, if no response is received, escalate to the Area Manager for resolution. ✅ Handle customer complaints in accordance with the “7 Steps for Handling Complaints”. ✅ Report any incidents affecting our customers to management.
