Position Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the accurate determination of cost of sales, controlling inventories, accounting records, and validating financial information. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures the reliability of cost of sales and accounting records. 2. Monitors inventory control and its proper valuation. 3. Guarantees traceability of purchases and evidence of receipt in the warehouse. Position Objective: Ensure the accurate determination of Cost of Sales by reviewing re-invoicing, cancellations, and tracking systems supporting financial information validation. Safeguards and oversees the correct calculation of average cost in accordance with established accounting policies. Responsibilities: 1.- Document review and recording of product purchases and their entry into the warehouse. 2.- Calculation and, where applicable, recording of cost of sales. 3.- Document review and recording of product sales and their exit from the warehouse. 4.- Inventory review/physical count. 5.- Review and scheduling of payments related to products. 6.- Review the complete purchase support documentation (purchase traceability and evidence of receipt in the warehouse). 7.- Accounting recording of product purchases and proper valuation. 8.- Ensure recording and monitoring of inventory control and its valuation. 9.- Ensure recording and monitoring of cost of sales control and its valuation. 10.- Monitor sales and their warehouse exits. 11.- Perform/monitor the accounting recording of sales. 12.- Randomly assist with physical inventory counts and/or evaluate corresponding supporting documentation. 13.- Ensure the reliability of physical inventory counts. 14.- Review supporting documentation for receipts, invoices, and volumetric reports of purchases. 15.- Once validated, schedule and request payments for corresponding product purchases.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Age: between 25 and 50 years Keywords: helper, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide
