Today, our operations span Canada, the United States, Mexico, Finland, Australia, and Austria, with nearly 23,000 employees—all driven by the deep belief that, both at work and in life, it’s not about the destination but the journey. **Requirements:** **Education:** University-level technical degree in machine tools, manufacturing engineering, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in machining processes Minimum 1 year of experience in CNC programming (FANUC, SIEMENS, etc.) Proven experience working with steels is mandatory **Experience working with various machinable metals:** aluminum, copper, bronze, etc. Knowledge of product drawings (part prints) Knowledge of interpreting hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings Proficiency with measuring equipment (vernier calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, etc.) Knowledge and experience in handling and preventive maintenance of CNC tooling and cutting tools Application of geometric tolerances Knowledge of GD\&T **Primary Duties and Responsibilities:** Change and validate cutting tools (preset process) Perform maintenance on machining fixtures Conduct inventories of inserts and cutting tools Execute model changes and machine adjustments Ensure achievement of departmental KPI objectives Clean and maintain cutting tools Adhere to the 5S standard in the manufacturing tool room and workstations during line interventions Actively participate in problem escalation and resolution processes Effectively communicate activity status at shift start and end Develop work instructions and visual aids for operational staff training Uphold BRP’s values and behaviors DRIVING THE POWER OF DIVERSITY.
