With over 60 years of experience, we operate under high standards of quality, safety, and service. **Job Objective** The Paint Process Assistant is responsible for providing support in the preparation, control, and monitoring of the painting process, ensuring compliance with the company's established quality, safety, and productivity parameters. **Key Responsibilities** * Preparation and mixing of paint, solvents, and catalysts. * Monitoring and control of viscosity, temperature, and humidity in paint booths. * Tracking of application parameters and equipment setup. * Visual inspection of products during production runs. * Support during line startups and tracking of process defects. * Cleaning of nozzles, filters, and painting equipment. * Monitoring and recording of baking charts, temperature, and humidity. * Support in TPM activities and basic area maintenance. * Tracking of scrap indicators and support in improvement actions. * Compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and safety guidelines. **Requirements** * TSU in Processes or minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Experience in paint preparation and application. * Basic knowledge of painting equipment. * Basic Office software skills. * Familiarity with handling chemical substances is desirable. * **Availability to work rotating shifts.** * Service-oriented attitude, sense of responsibility, and teamwork. **We Offer** * Direct employment * Benefits exceeding legal requirements (savings fund, food vouchers, productivity bonuses, life insurance) * Job stability and opportunities for growth within the organization. **Location**: Benito Juárez Industrial Park, Querétaro **If you are interested in joining a solid and growing company, apply with us!** qGui5ccOrK
