




The Continuous Improvement Coordinator carries out activities for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Continuous Improvement System. **Minimum Requirements** \- Completed Industrial Engineering degree or related field \- Conversational English **Experience and Knowledge** \- +3 years of experience in the position \- Experience in harnesses \- Apply necessary tools to achieve excellence and optimization. \- Responsible for tracking continuous improvement objectives. \- Responsible for coordinating with each department the joint follow-up of project development, monitoring, and implementation of continuous improvement until closure. \- Lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kanban, TPM, etc.) \- Waste elimination \- Process mapping \- VSM (Value Stream Map) \- Kaizen Experience and Knowledge \- Develop continuous improvement savings projects and EMCIP for "INDIRECT USAGE" together with cross-functional teams from the plant. \- Improve efficiency processes, scrap collection, downtime reduction, and any other area requiring improvement. \- Improve the scrap reduction process in production areas. \- Improve the scrap collection process. \- Downtime reduction. \- Develop standardization, implement and monitor lean manufacturing tools e.g. GEMBA walks, 5S, Kaizen projects, etc., focused on process improvement. \- Improve, standardize, monitor, and audit that the ECI operating system is properly executed. \- Develop processes and procedures for continuous improvement in any area of the organization where improvement opportunities exist. \- Comply with Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems and Corporate Policies.
