Location: Nuevo Balsas Mine Project, Cocula, Guerrero Objective: Conduct specialized technical studies on blasting, analyze data, and generate accurate reports to optimize processes, which will be presented to the Site Manager and clients. **Main Activities:** * Conduct fragmentation tests: sampling and data analysis. * Seismograph operation: placement, monitoring, and preparation of vibration and overpressure reports. * Perform Velocity of Detonation (VOD) tests when required. * Prepare blasting protocols: design blast patterns and manage authorizations according to client requirements. **Essential Requirements:** * Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, Geology, or related field. * **Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience handling explosives in underground mining.** * **Ability to drive a 4x4 pickup truck with standard transmission (mandatory).** * Valid driver's license (current). * **DC3 certification** in blasting operations. * Employment records verifying your experience. **We Offer:** * Statutory and additional benefits * On-site camp for out-of-town personnel * Continuous professional development.
