A high-volume concept that combines tradition, flavor, and uninterrupted service. **Work Location:** Blvd. Felipe Ángeles 1211, Colonias, 42083 Pachuca de Soto, Hgo. **Salary:** Based on experience **Main Responsibilities:** · Preparation of classic and signature cocktails according to the restaurant’s menu. · Proper management of bar inventory: receipts, withdrawals, and stock levels (FIFO system). · Control of shrinkage and daily consumption reporting. · Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. **Required Profile:** · Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender (mandatory). · Knowledge of basic mixology and cocktail preparation (mandatory). · Verifiable courses or certifications (mandatory). · Proficiency in the FIFO system and bar inventory management. · Flexible availability for scheduling. **Compensation and Benefits:** · Competitive base salary. · Meals provided during shifts.
