Opportunity to standardize processes across branches **Restaurant Administrative Coordinator** **Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise administrative processes for 3 to 4 restaurant units, ensuring proper control of contracts, supplier payments, legal documentation, and administrative reports, while keeping information updated for the accounting department and management. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate control and tracking of contracts and legal documentation for units. * Manage supplier payments and validate supporting documentation. * Prepare and track administrative reports and document control. * Consolidate financial and administrative information for submission to the accountant. * Supervise that legal and administrative documentation for each branch remains up to date. * Conduct periodic visits to assigned branches for administrative audits. * Operate and update information in the **Soft Restaurant** system. * Support improvement and standardization of administrative processes across branches. * Manage cash flow **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Business Management, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the restaurant or multi-branch retail industry. * Experience in contract control, supplier payments, and administrative reporting. * Proficiency in **Soft Restaurant** (preferred). * Willingness to travel between branches. * Personal vehicle required.
