* Prepare the Pre\-Picking of spare parts the day before the appointment. * Review future appointments to ensure the execution of possible Campaigns (Service Actions) during the same visit. * Attend customers on site according to the appointment schedule. * Perform a proper inspection of the vehicle being received. * Provide the customer with a detailed explanation of all work performed and possible future repairs and/or maintenance. * Ensure that all completed work is correctly recorded on the pre-invoice and collect the corresponding payment. * Perform daily cash reconciliation in the collections department, depositing all income received from payments. * Coordinate with the appointments department for weekly route planning. * Conduct inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES** · Education: Professional or incomplete degree. · Experience: Automotive industry, Customer Service, and good communication skills. \- Federal driver's license type B and E Job type: Full time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance Work location: Onsite job
