Job Summary: We are seeking production personnel for winding operations at a label and cardboard packaging company, responsible for mounting reels, producing rolls, and packaging according to specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Mount and operate winding machinery (Rotoflex, Arpeco) 2. Ensure quality and specifications in roll production 3. Actively participate in continuous improvement processes A label and cardboard packaging company is seeking production personnel (winder). Responsibilities: 1\. Mount reels onto the winder machine (Rotoflex, Arpeco) 2\. Begin production of each roll according to production order specifications 3\. Package into individual boxes 4\. Affix labels indicating box content specifications 5\. Complete the production order with quantities produced in rolls 6\. Deliver finished rolls to the warehouse 7\. Participate in continuous improvement processes 8\. Comply with safety and occupational health standards and programs established for their area of responsibility Job Objective: Ensure correct delivery of rolls according to production order specifications. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM \- 5:00 PM Salary: $12,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
