We seek to integrate top talent for the following position: Human Resources Administration Analyst We are offering $12,000 net salary \+ $1,000 food vouchers Additionally: Statutory benefits from day one Vacation bonus: 25% Employee discounts (gyms, medical laboratories, etc.) Life insurance Free uniforms Requirements: Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources 2 years of experience in personnel administration and offboarding Basic accounting knowledge Knowledge of separation procedures and the Federal Labor Law Intermediate-level Excel proficiency Responsibilities: Application of the Federal Labor Law and other applicable labor regulations. Participation in labor audits or inspections. Coordination of voluntary resignations or contract terminations. Calculation and review of final settlements and severance payments. Recovery of company equipment and institutional documentation. Creation, updating, and safeguarding of physical or digital files. Verification of mandatory documentation compliance.
