SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION DAILY AND ONGOING (Classify functions by order of importance.) 1 Build and maintain a dedicated team for each key account to deliver personalized and specialized attention to each client. 2 Coordinate all strategic project management activities, consistently aligning projects with the company’s vision. 3 Supervise the allocation and optimization of financial, human, and technological resources across each project or proposed initiative. 4 Provide continuous monitoring of strategic projects under your responsibility to exceed client expectations. 5 Develop strategic relationships with key client contacts. 6 Actively collaborate with the design team to integrate solutions, always aiming to improve manufacturing processes for ultimate end-customer satisfaction. Identify and manage risks associated with project execution, proposing mitigation plans and corrective actions 7 external when necessary. 8 Promote innovation and continuous improvement in Estral’s processes and products to ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction. 9 Respond to client quotation requests and track project development progress. 10 Follow up on instructions provided by your immediate supervisor to achieve Estral’s objectives. 11 Develop strategies to retain existing clients. 12 Ensure fulfillment of all commitments made to the client. 13 Does not replace Sales or the Project Manager but actively participates in coordination between both roles. 14 Continuously develop strategies to disseminate and promote the company’s philosophy to strengthen internal culture.
