As an Operations Coordinator at Kuehne\+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By executing these tasks accurately, you not only contribute to your team’s success but also ensure the smooth daily operation and optimal performance of warehouses and distribution centers. At Kuehne\+Nagel, our work truly contributes to more than we imagine. ‎ ‎ **How You’ll Make an Impact** You will be responsible for coordinating work teams and validating assigned daily operational activities within the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery to customers and/or receipt from suppliers, in alignment with warehouse processes and service-level commitments. **What We’d Like You to Bring** 1\. Conduct daily shift-start meetings, as well as shift handovers (delivery/receipt). 2\. Ensure accurate data entry into the system, aligned with physical processes. 3\. Ensure proper execution of operational processes according to agreed requirements and service levels. 4\. Apply the 5S methodology and continuous improvement initiatives in areas under your responsibility. 5\. Perform shipment validations and audits. 6\. Optimize processes to reduce shipping errors and avoid rejections. 7\. Serve as the communication channel with the customer to maintain up-to-date status on shipments and/or rejections. 8\. Identify process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions. 9\. Maintain disciplined resource control to achieve desired productivity. 10\. Ensure staff properly complete checklists for assigned areas, tools, or equipment. 11\. Ensure all processes are managed through documented procedures on authorized platforms. 12\. Serve as a key user of the WMS or site-specific system under your responsibility. 13\. Monitor performance indicators for your team to meet Category Certification requirements. 14\.
