Position: Monitor Job Objective: Monitor and track the company's units, routes, incidents, and logistics operations to ensure delivery compliance, safety, and operational control. Main Responsibilities: • Real-time GPS monitoring of units. • Tracking of delivery and distribution routes. • Reporting and handling of operational incidents. • Continuous communication with operators and internal departments. • Recording of arrivals, departures, and delivery times. • Preparation of daily operational reports. • Verification of security protocol compliance. • Control and updating of logs. Requirements: • Completed high school diploma or technical degree. • Minimum 1 year of experience in GPS monitoring, logistics, or transportation. • Basic/intermediate Excel and computer skills. • Familiarity with satellite tracking platforms. • Availability to work rotating shifts. • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure. • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
