Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employment Type** Trust-based **Job Objective** Continuously improve the reliability of manufacturing and/or service equipment at the Z.I. complex by systematically analyzing failure root causes and implementing actions to prevent recurrence, thereby increasing equipment availability. **Responsibilities and Activities** Lead and ensure execution of Deviation Investigations assigned to your area of responsibility, providing recommendations to support decision-making regarding quality disposition of raw materials or products. Additionally, ensure that CAPAs defined during root cause investigations are executed and closed on time. Use analytical tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA, etc.) to identify root causes in equipment, pinpoint weaknesses, and determine improvement needs. Standardize procurement methods to reduce warehouse costs and improve availability of critical spare parts necessary to ensure equipment reliability. Audit operator knowledge and operational effectiveness of our machinery. Maintain and analyze indicators (KPIs) reflecting equipment reliability. Experience Preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment: 2 years Spare parts management and analysis for manufacturing equipment: 2 years Root cause analysis: 1 year Knowledge Development and execution of maintenance plans Indicator management Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and/or electronics Root cause analysis tools Education Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Electrical Mechanical Engineering **Additional Profile** Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology At Grupo PiSA, we prohibit violence and discrimination, promoting equal opportunity, inclusion, and diversity.
