Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Radio Controller to monitor incidents in real time, validate contracts, manage technical productivity, and ensure smooth operational flow. Key Highlights: 1. Real-time incident monitoring and operational tracking. 2. Collaboration with supervisors to optimize technical productivity. 3. Resolution of operational issues to maintain team efficiency. **Position: Radio Controller** We are looking for a proactive individual to join our team as a Radio Controller. Your primary objective will be to track our field personnel and ensure daily operations proceed without interruptions. **Responsibilities** * Monitor incidents in real time and record them in Drive. * Validate contracts in the GEEST system (submit closures and power readings upon completion of each installation). * Check response times for centralized radios and follow up on contracts that are poorly attended or delayed. * Collaborate with supervisors to ensure technicians’ productivity. * Track staff attendance and report weekly productivity (closures and completions). * Monitor GPS (DIMME) to prevent route deviations. * Request tickets via the MEGA OW chatbot and send contracts to the base (PRO) via Telegram. * Identify and clean up contracts to ensure crews always have billable work available. * Oversee operations to resolve any issues or incidents promptly, preventing team downtime. **Experience Requirements** * Prior experience in monitoring, control centers, radio control, or similar roles. * Proficiency with computers (Google Drive, Telegram, GPS). * Organized and adept at quickly resolving problems. **What We Offer:** * Monthly take-home salary: $11,000 * Bonus scheme * All statutory benefits * Personal accident insurance **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. **Work Location:** Santander 2010\-A, Santa Monica, 44220 Guadalajara, Jal.
