IM invites you to join its team as a “CNC Machine and Tool Technician, Lathe and Milling Machine.” Requirements: · Technical degree in Machine Tools, Industrial Mechanics, or related field · Full-time availability · Minimum 3 years of experience Knowledge in: · Conventional machining · CNC programming and operation · Toolpath creation in MasterCAM · Industrial manufacturing processes · Industrial hygiene and safety · Metrology and quality control · Materials and heat treatments · Basic machine tool maintenance · Interpretation of engineering drawings and standards General Function: Operate, adjust, and maintain metalworking and machining equipment to manufacture precision parts and assemblies, meeting technical specifications and quality standards. Activities: · Support planning activities to achieve objectives · Analyze and resolve production issues in real time · Ensure products comply with drawings and technical specifications · Comply with safety and hygiene regulations · Report execution times to meet established deadlines · Deliver parts and subassemblies on time · Perform assemblies according to engineering technical specifications · Perform part preparation according to engineering specifications · Clean machinery and equipment · Perform machining of parts according to engineering specifications · Measure precision parts and assemblies · Perform CNC programming · Use materials, tools, and resources efficiently · Report usage and depletion of raw materials and finished products · Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on area equipment and facilities Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $20,000.00 – $22,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
